All products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the product and supplier.

Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
2. Shipping Times
Because we work with multiple print providers located in different regions, shipping times vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination country.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced by different suppliers and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages delivered on different dates.
4. International Shipping, Customs & VAT
For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We are not liable for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges or refusal, any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

We are not responsible for lost packages.

Reshipping costs (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. All shipping timeframes are estimates only.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that shipping delays may occur and are outside of our control.
